Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to blank hats and blank products purchased from Bay Custom Embroidery.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
In original condition
In original packaging when applicable
Returned with tags, labels, or product packaging when applicable

Returns must be approved by Bay Custom Embroidery before the item is shipped back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used items
Worn items
Washed items
Damaged items
Items with removed tags or missing packaging
Clearance items
Final sale items
Special-order items
Bulk orders unless approved in writing

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bay Custom Embroidery is not responsible for lost return packages.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days after delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Customer name
Photos of the item
Description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under this policy.
